Rep. Andy Ogles, a U.S. Congress member representing Tennessee’s 5th district since 2023, recently shared several posts on social media addressing various concerns and issues. Born in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1971 and currently residing in Columbia, Ogles has been vocal about his positions on government operations and immigration matters.

On June 2, 2025, Rep. Ogles posted about alleged activities involving Nashville’s mayor and the fire department. He stated: “BREAKING: My office just obtained disturbing evidence that WOKETIVIST MAYOR Freddie O’Connell may be forcing the Nashville Fire Department to SNITCH on ICE anytime they work together.” The congressman expressed concern over reports that firefighters were being ordered to report Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations.

Later the same day, he emphasized the urgency of legislative action by stating: “We should be codifying EOs and passing rescissions by the hour — no weekends, no breaks, no vacations. We must pass ALL DOGE cuts!” This reflects his stance on continuous governmental work without interruption to achieve policy goals.

On June 3, 2025, Rep. Ogles highlighted an incident involving an illegal alien in Nashville. He reported: ” BREAKING: My office has obtained disturbing footage tied to an illegal alien reportedly on the run in Nashville.” The post detailed an alleged hit-and-run incident involving Zach Carach and Tony Lopez, with Lopez identified as an illegal alien who fled after reportedly striking Carach during his birthday celebration.

Andy Ogles graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and later attended Western Kentucky University.
