His recent posts address issues related to illegal immigration enforcement and accusations against political figures.
On May 5, 2025, Rep. Ogles questioned the actions of certain groups in Nashville with his post: “Why are leftists DEFENDING illegal alien criminals in Nashville? If you don’t want ICE at your door, don’t break the law. Cry harder, Reddit. I stand with ICE.”
The following day, May 6, 2025, he alleged misuse of governmental power by President Joe Biden during his tenure: “While in office, Joe Biden weaponized DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) against social media companies, encouraging them to silence dissent on their platforms under the guise of ‘countering disinformation.’ I sent a letter to the Appropriations”.
Later that same day, Rep. Ogles shared a post concerning an incident involving illegal immigration: “TN Star’s @michaelpleahy and @RealTomPappert just blew the lid off it!! Biden’s favorite ‘Maryland Man’ crammed NINE illegals into an SUV and trafficked them from Texas to Maryland. Tennessee Highway Patrol knew Abrego Garcia was trouble. Biden’s ICE cut him loose.”
Andy Ogles was born in Nashville in 1971 and currently resides in Columbia. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and Western Kentucky University before entering politics.
