U.S. Representative Andy Ogles, who represents Tennessee’s 5th congressional district, posted several messages on his social media account in mid-April 2026 addressing political and legislative issues.

On April 15, 2026, Ogles posted “Send these guys to Nashville. https://t.co/TUR8LCZXJ2”. Later that same day, he wrote “Unacceptable. https://t.co/SB0S3hRkCS”.

The following day, on April 16, Ogles commented on Congressional proceedings with the statement: “Today, Congress is using taxpayer-funded time to grant amnesty to Haitians. I hope patriots in Congress will join me in stopping it. This is a hill worth dying on.”

Andy Ogles has been serving as the U.S. Representative for Tennessee’s 5th district since January 2023. He is affiliated with the Republican Party and has previously expressed strong positions on immigration policy and fiscal responsibility.
