On April 7, 2025, Representative Ogles commented on an attempt to prevent illegal immigrants from being freed, which was allegedly orchestrated by someone named Boasberg. He praised “@agpambondi” for stopping this plot and declared, “Now it’s time to impeach and remove him”.
In a statement made on April 8, 2025, Ogles criticized a budget plan put forth by the Senate, expressing his disapproval and belief that approving such a plan would be a disservice to the American public. He emphasized the need for improvement, stating, “We can and must do better”.

He supported the SAVE Act as a measure to ensure that only citizens participate in elections and criticized Democrats for allowing illegal aliens to vote.
