U.S. Representative Andy Ogles posted a series of statements on August 15, 2025, addressing issues ranging from federal funding for scientific research to international diplomacy and community engagement.
In a post questioning the allocation of public funds, Ogles wrote, “Why are the Deep State lab-leakers still getting taxpayer dollars from the NIH? I’m ready to work with President Trump to claw back every dime the corrupt, Fauci-era NIH handed out to doctors with bad intentions.” (August 15, 2025).
Later that day, he commented on international affairs: “President Trump is heading to Alaska to strike a deal with President Putin. Let’s pray for peace—and thank God we live in the greatest nation on Earth.” (August 15, 2025).
Ogles also highlighted his participation in a local religious event: “It was a blessing to join the Westhaven Christian Conservatives gathering. The fellowship and discipleship of Christian men is what will save our nation—and I was edified to speak with them.” (August 15, 2025).
