On Friday, Feb. 14, former Forrest High School standout Maggie Daughrity’s current college team, the Austin Peay Lady Govs, won 6-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tarleton State Texans.
The game took place at Tarleton Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Texans this season.
The Lady Govs’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 11:30 a.m. at Pepsi Stadium against Morehead State Eagles.
