On Sunday, March 23, former Forrest High School standout Maggie Daughrity’s current college team, the Austin Peay Lady Govs, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Lipscomb Bisons.
The game took place at Cathi Maynard Park. This was their third matchup against the Bisons this season.
The Lady Govs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 5 p.m. at Farris Fields Complex against Central Arkansas Bears.
