Census Bureau: More women than men in Chapel Hill in 2019

Of the 1,551 people living in Chapel Hill in 2019, 53.5 percent (830) were women and 46.5 percent (721) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC Tennessee News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 481-to-449. In the 65 and over age range, there were 162 females and 132 males.
