On October 24, 2024, Rep. Ogles expressed his concern over the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ actions in a letter to Director Peters. He stated that he had written regarding "the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ willful participation in the political persecution of the Democrat Party’s political opponents, including Steve Bannon." He described these actions as "appalling" abuses by the Biden-Harris Administration. The following day, on October 25, 2024, Rep. Ogles criticized Secretary Blinken for maintaining relations with Qatar amidst allegations concerning their support for Hamas terrorists. He remarked on this relationship as "despicable," reflecting his disapproval of such diplomatic engagements given Qatar's controversial associations. "Despicable to see @SecBlinken continue to cozy up to Qatar given everything their leaders have done to support Hamas terrorists."

Later that day, Rep. Ogles announced his introduction of the SEND THEM BACK Act aimed at addressing immigration concerns in the United States.
