Rep. Andy Ogles, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee’s 5th district since 2023, has expressed his concerns over recent judicial actions in a series of tweets dated March 25, 2025. Ogles replaced former Congress member Jim Cooper and resides in Columbia, Tennessee.

In one tweet, Rep. Ogles criticized Chuang's injunction against prominent figures including Elon Musk and the President of the United States. He stated that "Chuang’s latest stunt—an injunction against @elonmusk , @DOGE , and @POTUS is absurd." He further alleged that Chuang's connections with Democrats pose a "conflict of interest" and accused him of "abusing his robe to thwart the people’s will." Ogles called for congressional action in response to this issue.

Another tweet addressed by Rep. Ogles referenced Chuang's stance on abortion care during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Ogles, "He argued requiring a doctor’s visit would make women 'forgo or delay abortion care' or risk COVID exposure." Ogles described this as an example of Chuang "legislating progressive priorities from the bench."

Rep. Ogles also discussed Chuang's decision in 2020 regarding chemical abortions, which he perceived as undermining a Trump administration rule mandating doctor visits for such procedures. He mentioned that "In 2020, Chuang gutted a Trump rule requiring doctor visits for chemical abortions," labeling it an infringement on abortion rights and noting its implications during the COVID era.
