Rep. Andy Ogles, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee’s 5th district, has shared his perspectives on national matters through a series of tweets. Ogles replaced Jim Cooper in 2023 and has been an active participant in legislative discussions, often expressing his viewpoints on social media.

In a tweet posted on March 31, 2025, Ogles commented on his dissatisfaction with what's happening in the nation's capital. He stated, "America is fed up with D.C. waste, hundreds of billions squandered on illegals, and partisan judge-shopping by Democrats." Ogles emphasized American citizens' decisions to elect Donald Trump and expressed their wish to reclaim their national identity.

Later that day, Ogles addressed immigration policy through another tweet, conveying a firm stance on illegal immigration. He declared, "We will deport every illegal alien. Lawbreaking will not be tolerated." This reflects his strong position on enforcing immigration laws.

In a subsequent tweet on the same day, Ogles invoked historical political decisions to advocate for more terms for former President Donald Trump. He remarked, "If the man who created the disastrous 'New Deal' gets more than two terms, then the man who created the 'Art of The Deal' should get the same." Ogles used the hashtag #TrumpThirdTerm, indicating his support for an extended presidency for Trump.
