MSC Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
Laura Navajas – Cumberlands (Ky.) – Mid-Fielder – Sr. – Miranda de Ebro, Spain
· Navajas played a pivotal role in the Patriots' wins over (6) UT-Southern and (14) Cumberland.
· Recorded a goal and an assist on the week, totaling three shots.
· Aided the defense in allowing season-low shot totals in both games, and had two takeaways leading to goals.
· This is the senior's first career MSC Player of the Week honor.
MSC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
Estelle Badoedana Ekada – Tennessee Southern – Forward – Sr. – Ombessa, Cameroon
- Ekada totaled five goals in the Firehawks' win over Pikeville and a close loss to (4) Cumberlands.
- She totaled 10 shots, with nine coming on frame.
- Ekada assisted in three of the teams' eight goals along with her hat trick against Pikeville.
- This is her third career MSC Player of the Week award.
