Ace Hardware earns raves in annual report for product availability and easy shopping

13edited

Ace Hardware, with more than 5,600 locally-owned stores across the county, earned acclaim in an annual poll for its award-winning customer service and hyper-local approach.

Ace Hardware ranked second in the top 100 Omnichannel 100 Retails report, which assesses leading retailers and brands on a variety of criteria. It earned 10.5 points out of 11.

“By leveraging Ace’s award-winning customer service combined with our hyper-local approach…Ace is positioned to be the fastest, most convenient omnichannel retailer in America,” Bill Kiss, head of digital at Ace Hardware, said in a release.

The annual report evaluates how a business offers customers the best, most seamless shopping experience both in-person and online.

Kiss said Ace Hardware has worked tirelessly to ensure customers get the same great experience, whether shopping in one of the more than 5,600 locally-owned stores across the U.S., or shopping online at acehardware.com and on the Ace App.

Ace Hardware’s digital platform was designed to connect to local stores, which are within 15 minutes of more than 75 percent of the U.S. population, to accurately reflect product availability. This makes shopping online just as easy as shopping in a store.

Over 90 percent of Ace Hardware’s digital orders are picked up in-store or delivered by the local store’s red-vested associates.

Ace Hardware was ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores” from J.D. Power 15 out of the last 16 years.
