Rep. Andy Ogles, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee’s 5th district, has recently shared a series of statements via social media reflecting his support for President Trump and his administration's policies. Ogles succeeded Jim Cooper in 2023 and continues to be an active voice in Congress.

On November 6, 2024, Rep. Ogles announced through a tweet that he had spoken with President Trump and emphasized the administration's commitment to governmental reforms. He stated: "Just spoke with President Trump. He's already getting to work. We are poised to dismantle the deep state and restore the Republic!"

In another post dated November 7, 2024, Ogles extended his congratulations to President Trump and expressed his eagerness to work alongside him during the upcoming term. He praised Trump's previous leadership for fostering economic growth and strengthening national security: "Once again, congratulations to President Trump and his team... During his first term, his leadership brought a thriving economy, secure borders, and strengthened our standing on the global stage."

On November 8, 2024, Rep. Ogles addressed Border Patrol agents directly in a tweet. He assured them of changes under the new administration that would allow them to perform their duties without political interference: "My message to the Border Patrol agents: You were once ignored and used as political pawns by your higher-ups in D.C., but no more."
